6-7 large tomatoes
Juice from ½ lemon
3 large red peppers
3 medium orange pepper
2 carrots
¼ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove of fresh garlic
½ English Cucumber
Large handful of fresh herbs, we had sage, thyme & parsley handy but play around
1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt, if you desire
2 tsp olive oil or low odor coconut oil


  1. Wash all the produce well.
  2. Juice them up
  3. Add the salt, oil and stir with a stick of celery – ENJOY!
