Spinach and mint make this a bright green St. Patrick’s Day smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups of spinach
1 cup of coconut water
1/2 cup of mint leaves
1/4 cup of lime juice
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 frozen banana

Add the coconut water and spinach to your blender and blend for 30 seconds. Add the remainder of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy your festive St. Patrick’s Day smoothie!
