Now that fall is officially here, your customers might be tempted to ditch their fresh fruit juice for a cup of hot cocoa or a chai latte. But just because summer is over doesn’t mean you can’t tempt them with refreshing juice recipes. In fact, with all the bounty that comes with this season, it’s the perfect time to highlight some of our favorite flavors using your juicers for restaurants. Here are just a few of our favorites you’ll be sure to “fall” in love with.
Sweet Potato-Apple-Carrot Juice
Around 70% of Americans don’t meet the recommended daily guidelines for fruit and veggie consumption, but this vibrant orange juice will get you that much closer to hitting your targets. Plus, it’s full of vitamin C, manganese, fiber, and tons of other nutrients. It’s also festive and easy to make with automatic juicers. Just run one large sweet potato, one crisp apple, a one-inch cut of ginger and a one-inch cut of turmeric, and four large carrots through your juice maker. Finish with an optional pinch of black pepper or cinnamon and serve.
Carrot and Beet Juice
This is among the more simple juice bar recipes too, but the use of bold and seasonal ingredients will likely appeal to your health-conscious customers. Peel one beet and combine with four carrots, two cored apples, half a lemon, and a half-inch of peeled fresh ginger in your automatic juicer. Juice all ingredients together on high and serve. This rich burgundy-colored drink will be sure to delight customers of all ages.
Appleumpkin Pie Juice
This fun and whimsical drink will make a perfect addition to any menu, thanks to the juicers for restaurants you use. Take one-half cup of pumpkin flesh, three cored apples, and one tablespoon honey (or one pitted date) and blend on high. Then, add one teaspoon vanilla, one-fourth tablespoon cinnamon, and a dash of ground cloves, ground ginger, and ground nutmeg. It’s like holiday pie in liquid form! Be sure to serve in a festive glass if your customers are dining in.
You already know you can use juicers for restaurants and other establishments to create beverages your clients will love. But don’t forget that adding seasonal items to the menu can reinvigorate your customers and encourage them to try something new. By adding one of these fall favorites to your offerings list, you’ll be sure to capture their seasonal excitement and please their palates.
