This keeps costs in check as you can get better pricing on in season produce and customers love to embrace the new season with an interesting new juice blend.

  • 2 apples
  • Nutrients: Beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamin c, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, sulphur

Green Piney Hit – Although this is seriously green, the fresh parsley mint and, of course, the pineapple make it less earthy than it could be.

  • 1 large handful of fresh parsley
  • 1 large handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 pineapple
