The right juicer has to fit the way you serve
Adding fresh juice should start with a clear picture of your day. A café planning 10–30 made-to-order juices needs to consider when those orders arrive and who will prepare them. A restaurant may need juice for both drinks and kitchen preparation. A juice bar choosing a secondary machine may prioritize specialty recipes or additional capacity, while a hotel needs to account for breakfast demand and staff responsibilities.
For higher-volume production, the question changes again: will staff prepare individual drinks, run repeated batches, or produce juice for bottling? A mismatch can mean extra handling, interrupted service, and frustrated staff. Start with the workflow, then compare the equipment.
